Terms and Conditions

Fellow Lands Tales, operated by Artur Slota, United Kingdom, sells personalised children’s digital stories. Our customer-service address is support@mytinytales.co.uk. We normally reply within two working days.

You must be 18 or over to place an order. A guest purchase does not require an account. If a story is being made for a child, you confirm that you are that child's parent or guardian, or that you have their parent or guardian's permission to use the child's first name.

• One personalised Little Lesson costs £2.99 (1 credit). All six lessons with your child’s name cost £9.99 (6 credits). Credits never expire and there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
• The Bramble Bedtime Pass costs £5.99 as a single payment and gives 30 days of talking with Bramble. It does not renew automatically. See section 10.
• One credit makes one Little Lesson using the child’s first name or nickname, selected age band and selected lesson.
• Every published lesson can be read, watched and listened to free.
• Each story includes five illustrated scenes with gentle on-page movement, fixed-cast AI audio, text and a private link emailed to the parent. It is usually ready within a few minutes.
• The private page has no fixed expiry date. The secure media address used by that page may renew whenever the page is opened.
• Free versions star Pip. In a personalised version, the child’s name replaces Pip; Bramble and Old Oakley keep their names.

Customers choose from lesson sets whose text and five scenes we have approved before publication. Ordering does not ask AI to write a new story: it inserts the hero’s name into the approved age-version and records the role-tagged lines with the fixed Hollow Wood AI cast. Minor timing and voice-performance variations may occur.

Your story is yours to enjoy at home. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, worldwide licence to keep it, play it and share it within your household or as a gift to the family it was made for.

You may not:

• Sell, resell, licence or distribute the story or its audio.
• Broadcast it publicly or upload it to any public or shared platform.
• Use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine learning system.
• Remove or alter our name or branding from the recording.

Your private listening link is exactly that — private. Please do not publish it. We may reset a link that has been shared publicly.

Everything on the Fellow Lands Tales website — our name, logos, branding, artwork, text, software, audio samples and underlying technology — is owned by Fellow Lands Tales or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

Each personalised story we create for you — its written text, cover art and narrated audio — is also owned by Fellow Lands Tales. When you buy a story, we grant you the personal, non-commercial household licence described in section 5. You do not acquire ownership, copyright or any right to commercialise the story or any part of it.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt or create derivative works from any story or site content.
• Distribute, publicly perform, broadcast or stream the story or audio outside your household.
• Sell, licence or otherwise monetise any story, cover image or audio file.
• Use our branding, names or logos except to enjoy the story you have bought.

If we discover unauthorised copying, public sharing or commercial use, we may remove the public link, suspend the account involved and take any other steps we consider necessary to protect our rights.

Please enter only a first name or nickname and details you are happy for us to use. Do not enter offensive names, real people's full names without permission, celebrity names, brand names or characters owned by someone else. We may decline or remove any story that breaches this, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse the service.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to or shown separately on your purchase. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.

Before a credit is used, you must expressly request that we begin creating that personalised digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right for that used credit ends once creation begins. We record the wording, version and date and confirm it by email. Unused credits can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase; a pack refund is proportional to the number of unused credits. Credits not refunded never expire. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Bramble Bedtime Pass is a one-off payment of £5.99 that gives your household 30 days of talking with Bramble, our Hollow Wood hedgehog storyteller. It is not a subscription: nothing renews automatically, no card details are stored for future charges, and access simply ends 30 days after purchase unless you choose to buy another pass.

• The pass is bought by a grown-up aged 18 or over, for one household.
• Bramble is meant for children of roughly 3 to 7 years old, with a grown-up nearby.
• Bramble stays in character as a hedgehog, keeps to gentle woodland subjects and never discusses frightening, medical, political or grown-up topics.
• Bramble never asks for a surname, address, school, town, telephone number or email address.
• A child's recorded speech is used only to understand what was said at that moment. We do not build a voice print, and we never use it to train any machine learning system.
• Fair use applies: evening bedtime chats for one family. We may pause a pass used for automated, commercial or unreasonably heavy use.
• Bramble's replies are generated afresh each time, so no two evenings are identical and occasional imperfections can occur.

Bramble is a bedtime companion, not a teacher, a carer or any kind of advice service. A grown-up remains responsible for supervising their child while the pass is in use.

We aim to keep Fellow Lands Tales running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may update, pause or withdraw features. If we ever close the service, we will give you reasonable notice and time to save your stories.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its date, is the one that applies. Changes never apply retrospectively to a purchase you have already made.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
