Are your storytellers real people?

The Hollow Wood cast uses a fixed set of AI voices: the narrator also reads Bramble, the younger friends’ voice reads Pip and Hazel, and Old Daniel reads Old Oakley. Samples are available before purchase.

Who writes the stories?

AI helps draft each five-scene lesson for our review. The text is approved before publication; an order only inserts the child’s name into the approved age version and records the fixed cast.

Do credits expire?

Never. Buy once and create whenever you like.

How long is a story?

Each Little Lesson has five illustrated scenes, with separate approved versions for ages 2–4 and 5–8.

Where can we listen?

Every purchased story stays in your private Fellow Lands Tales collection, ready to play on a phone, tablet, computer or smart speaker.

Can I buy for more than one child?

Yes. Credits are not tied to a child, so each story can have a different name and story idea.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment providers. Your card details are typed into Stripe's own secure form and are never seen or stored by us. The whole site runs over an encrypted connection.

Is it a subscription?

No. Every pack is a one-time purchase in pounds sterling, with no automatic card charges.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days, proportionally when part of a pack remains. A story credit cannot be refunded after you consent and creation begins, but your rights if content is faulty are unchanged.
