How long is a story?: About six minutes for ages 2–4, eight minutes for 5–7 and ten minutes for 8–10.
Where can we listen?: Every purchased story stays in your private library, ready to play on a phone, tablet, computer or smart speaker.
Can I buy for more than one child?: Yes. Credits are not tied to a child, so each story can have a different name, narrator and world.
Is it a subscription?: No. Every pack is a one-time purchase in pounds sterling, with no automatic card charges.
Can I get a refund?: Each audiobook is made instantly, so a finished story cannot be refunded — but anything faulty is re-recorded free, and unused credits are refundable for 14 days.
